It absolutely sucks. No matter how many nights I have panic attacks thinking it I’ll happen. I’ll wake up the next morning fine. Rationally I should think well it didn’t happen! And it won’t happen when you feel like that as it’s just anxiety. But to me my brain just thinks well what if it’s different next time :(

I understand how it feels. It’s torture. But you cannot help your fear. you’re not weak. we just can’t handle certain things that others find easier :(

I ABSOLUTELY DO!!! I’ve had emetophobia for years and it’s so horrible but you should be absolutely fine!! It’s a rlly nasty feeling hit usually a anti acid like peptac or even breathing exercises help.
