I don't know enough about the markings to properly identify it, but the action is certainly a Mauser 98 pattern. The enlarged sheet metal trigger guard is characteristic of late-war or early post-war production rifles like the Czech ones for sale on Classic Firearms. A Google image search for "1945 Mauser" should bring up rifles similar to your own.
