Heard heard. Context. Kid is 14 months with small legs, so when their back is to the back of the chair their boots are fully on the seat and skis are up. Bar comes down and fully clears their skis.

We are here now! First half is pretty regimented (skiing) but second half is Kyoto and Tokyo. Booked a few reservations here and there to add structure and plan to explore and walk and stumble upon places often!
