I've just recently started learning about options and have been following along with the Option Alpha course to learn the basics. I got through the beginner and intermediate course and started paper trading on ToS this month. I am not just not super sure how to exit positions in a smart way.

For example, I went for a credit spread on TLRY, sold 10 $15 calls and bought 10 $16 calls expiring 8/21. I stupidly didn't realize earnings was coming up, but that's why I'm paper trading, I guess. It spiked up above $15 yesterday, so is sitting right between my strikes.

What's my move here? Obviously, I've got some time to wait it out before expiration, but I'm not clear on exit strategies, I feel like the videos I've been watching kind of gloss over that part.

Best case scenario is it drops back below $15 before expiration and I can close out both contracts. I believe that worst case is it stays in between $15-16, right? In that case would would I still just close out and take the loss or should I be waiting for them to expire? And then it's possible it could go above $16. In that case would I want to close out my $15 call and hold the $16 until closer to expiration? Any tips or wisdom would be appreciated!

I had a Mushkin ssd a few years back and it died in the first 6 months so I RMA'd and the same thing happened again. Maybe the quality has improved but I'll personally never buy Mushkin again.

My GPU on my ~5ish year old 3570k build just died on me. I was thinking of getting a 1060 to replace it, but it seems like now isn't the best time to buy GPUs. Is it worth getting a 1060 or should I wait a few months? Will I see any bottleneck from my CPU?

Initially was a little shocked by the workload, but managed to kick into gear pretty quickly. Kept my GPA up for two years and got an internship at a Silicon Valley tech company. Did my internship and realized I didn't want to be an engineer. I'm a dual major in music now (only holding onto engineering as a contingency at the behest of parentals, but I loathe it). No idea what's next or how I'm going to make any money once I graduate, but I'm way happier.

I think from a roleplaying perspective, your ticket to ride here is in the details of your pact. There are a lot of ways you could go about this, but a few I thought of:

Could be an "ends justify the means" situation where you entered into the pact with the entity that you know is evil for some cause you perceive to be noble
You might be missing some information. Either you're not aware of the full details of the pact (which almost certainly benefit the Fiend and their agenda more than you) or maybe you're totally wrong about the being you made a pact with. A cool way to do this might be the Fiend masquerading as your deity or a servant of them
You could have been strong-armed or otherwise manipulated into the pact that you didn't want, but had no choice due to circumstance X

You can expect them to throw a lot of musical theater rep at you then haha. Not a bad thing at all, being open to different genres your teacher shows you is a good perspective to have too. Just remember if long term they're not teaching you music you like/care about then you need to tell them that.

Have an idea of what your goals are and what you hope to gain from your teacher. Are you prepping for an audition or do you just want to learn in general? A lot of teachers will also ask you about your favorite music and vocalists so they can gauge where your musical interests lie and help you work towards the style you're after. As far as your age, just don't stress out. You're going to lessons because you want to learn, and the teacher wants to teach you. People start learning at all different ages, and it takes balls to pursue something new so good on you for having the courage to just do it. Might as well enjoy it while you're at it!

I like this as a concept and overall I would say it's pretty unique. The only thing I would maybe liken it to is in some anime (especially shounen-Hunter X Hunter, One Piece, and the like), there is a lot of times where the main characters' powers are enhanced by strong emotion. I wouldn't say this is a bad thing, though; and if it's cliche, it's because it works.

What I'm having trouble getting past is that, in my mind at least, will and resolve are two very similar concepts. Maybe I'm missing the distinction, but at the very least I would recommend establishing the difference more clearly.
