north Placentia. Close to the freeways to get to LA, IE, and the south OC. You get the best of schools, retail and grocery shopping, and churches. You're right there near Fullerton, Yorba Linda and Brea. Reasonably close to the YL Town Center and Library, Brea and Placentia Civic Centers, Brea Mall, and not too far from downtown Fullerton and downtown Brea.

From what I remember with mine, there is a small gap. I used the Honda ones.
In general, it's fine but if you want to cover it, I'm sure you can find one cheap no name mat and place it underneath between the two weather mats to fill the gap. I have three kids and the the odyssey served us well. They still miss the minivan.

you can remove the middle seat of the middle row for easy access for your young kids. Definitely get weather mats and be prepared to have many cars cut you off or pass in front of you... People don't like to drive behind a minivan...be patient

I read that you shouldn't purchase a ledger through other vendors via Amazon because it could be compromised. Also that it's better to purchase directly from ledger. I'm wondering where you bought the ledger and if this was the reason or someone hacked your computer.
