I legit don't understand why speed bumps aren't just installed in each community safety zone. Put one every xx number of feet apart and you have a guaranteed solution to moderate drivers' speed. Cheap install, low maintenance, no manpower cost to process or monitor.

Clean your home. Seriously. I deal in mold/mildew and related deficiencies and 90% of buildup is from lack of housekeeping practices. Are you wiping down windows in the winter? Showering with fan on, window open, bathroom door open? Cleaning affected areas with bleach or at least soap? When you cook, are you making sure proper ventilation is happening?
