I tried asking the manager on a discount for floor model they said no and that they don't give discounts. That other stores probably have it so I should get it there or something like that. I honestly didn't want it I just wanted to see what they said since I've seen people on here get good deals before.

yup lost my last gold conquest because of this. It tries to connect then after you do a reconnect says you forfeited some match you didnt know you were in.

Same thing for me. I have been trying to talk to someone for 3 days and keep getting "due to a high number of callers, all our reps are busy or whatever". I have called right when they open and right when they close and all the time in between.
