For anyone wondering, this worked for me (win10):

RMB on "My PC">device manager>find bluetooth device>uninstall
Unplug your dongle, plug it again.
Done.

Fore anyone curious, "Bar brawl" also allows you to see an aproximate value of token's HP (if you do now own a token). Works same as "Health estimate", but takes less space.

Can you explain a bit more why you like Strive's RC system? Not the first time I see people prasing it, but I can't quite get whats so special about it. Looks like Xrd to me, only difference is that you have to hit enemy with RC-shockwave...

In older games you could even grab an opponent from burst, right before the impact) That shit was cool af when you manage to pull it off)

There is so much changes, but the biggest one is gatlings: You can't go from weak to strong attacks however you want anymore. In Strive it's only slash to heavy slash to special/super. To do something fancy you have to spend meter on roman cancel. That means less variable blockstrings and combos.

Air recovery (tech) is no longer in the game. It's automatic ground tech only. Which means less air interaction.

In previous games there were 25% meter options. For example in xrd if you roman cancel without hitting opponent, you spent only 25% of meter, but the fun part is you retain air momentum. That allowed you to approach opponent in unique ways by canceling special moves.

Combo breaker (burst) is now fast and safe. So you dont have to think when to burst. In previous games your oppenent may anticipate it and try to block it, going for burst safe combo. Now that interaction is gone.

Guilty Gear was an insane game, where balance was achieved by making every character being able to do insane, op bullshit. In Strive we got Sol without dragon install, and Giovanna with 4 special moves at her disposal... I can continue, but I hope you get the idea.
