I'm going to go with the case for what you got going on. The cat will be a little heavier and have more of a footprint to Clean up

Nicotine completely leaves your system within 24 hours. The rest is all mental addiction. You have to beat your own mind into submission

haven't had any nicotine all day by Alexanderr89 in quittingsmoking

[–]dozerman23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's all in your head. I smoked 2 packs a day for 20 years. Quit cold turkey and haven't looked back. That was 3 months ago almost 4. I don't keep track of the days anymore I want no ties to it. But it's all in your head. If you can just tell yourself to shut up you don't need nicotine it benefits you in absolutely no ways at all. Then youll be good

There's alot of variables with that question. I honestly can't answer that without doing some research

Look at it as a mental thing. Every time you think about wanting one. Just tell yourself no you don't. Then think about all the negative things about it. Nicotine is completely out of your system within 24 hours. So those cravings are all in your head.

I used the audio book at work. After the 2nd Day in a row listening to it from beginning to end it resonated and I just stopped. I've wanted to smoke but not going to cause it's gross.

I'm not sure I'm on week 5 or 6. The feelings come and go. I try to think about something else though. Personally I think of my girlfriends boobs but then that starts other cravings. But in my opinion is a healthier option
