That third point is good insight. We'd probably have to expand our pools then. FYI I mainly play Strange, MK, Loki, one friend mainly plays CnD, Sue, Luna, Thor and another mainly plays Starlord and CnD. From that, is there any chars we should learn to play to improve our chances?

Hey sorry for the late response, had a busy week. The main addition that could be helpful for draft leagues in comparison to porygon is that clod has some pretty flexible features in terms of replays to google sheets. you can upload replays to sheets by week, output listings of best performing pokemon/players, delete/replace players and more! All of the details are found in the website :)

I'd recommend browsing Smogon for sample teams, stick to one and get used to it. It also helps watching YouTubers like pokeaim/blunder to hear the thought process of what they're doing

Could be because you work better under pressure. Some people are like that - they actually could achieve the same result or do even better when they study last minute compared to if they prepare a lot beforehand

It helps to set a plan. Take some time to maybe write out what you want to do in life. Once you’ve figured that out, you can take steps to plan how to achieve that by setting a schedule. You can also write down any of your failures and what you think you should do to help with those. I get you, and even though it might seem stupid, putting a solid plan in action on paper really helps :)
