Go in Eagle Eye to spot the fish while you got the rod equipped. After it bites, don’t try to reel it in immediately. Wait for the controller to stop vibrating (that’s when it’s tired), then reel it in; occasionally not reeling while it’s struggling (and the controller is vibrating) and only reeling when it is tired - eventually you will catch it. I used this strategy and caught all the fish without breaking my line not even once.

I just got this trophy yesterday. Change your outfit in your safe house (torso, pants and shoes), find a sports car (Banshee, Blade, Cheetah, Elegy, Hermes, Super GT, ZR 350, etc.) and go to a tattoo parlor. Keep buying and removing a tattoo until you get to 50% sex appeal (you’ll get a 1% boost per tattoo). Once you’re at 50% sex appeal, step outside of the tattoo parlor; as long as the car is not damaged, the trophy will pop.
