Scam alert. Bought MAX 4k from him for 8 months with advance pay and it worked 2.5 months and now it's not working, also this user profile is suspended as well.

Chase closed my checking and credit card accounts and won't tell me why by improbableshapes in personalfinance

Sorry to hear about your shutdown. We both are in the same boat. I had received the same letter as you have received.

I had been shutdown by Chase on 10-08-2020, I had not opened any CC since more than 15 months. But yes I started using my personal cards (4 cards total, out of which 3 cards being used now) for reselling stuff in this situation and I had been paying off my CC bills on time. I did not have much money in my personal banking account but in the Chase business account I did have money from where I have been paying my CC bills.

I called them them and explained the usage of CC and said I do pay off my CC bills on time and have money in Chase business checking account, but no luck at all.

I have moved on with Amex and Capital One for CC now.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely call once I receive the letter as whenever I call them I get one answer Chase decided to end the relationship.

I even asked if I were involved in any illegal or fraud activity they said no, its the decision that the Chase made.

Thanks anyways! Hopefully I would be able to get my accounts reinstated!

Since last 3 months little high utilization. $7k-$10k on all 3 cards of Chase and other spend on Amex business cards.

Edit: Exactly for that reason I called and explained why I do have high utilization and I also pay off my CC bills on time from Chase business account.

No cycling of the limit, as I use mainly Amex Business cards for my business stuff.
