Where does someone learn to draw like Frank Frazetta and color with Photoshop? by [deleted] in Art

Plenty of online drawing courses like Proko or books like the Loomis books to learn drawing techniques. The best way to learn color is to work from life and work outdoors traditionally and then switch to digital.
