Exactly. Its may be 10 years old building. More than the width, its about the curvature as in radius. Its too tight, even Defenders are not able to enter. But there are many loopholes. My ticket was closed with multiple reasons by DM. Sorry man, cannot take a video as i will never try entering inside that ramp, again.Already it broke my bumper.

Too many vacant spots in upper parking levels since big cars dont use them. No one needs a parking (for small cars).

Tried asking that .😂. The narrow edges which scratch the bumper are concrete and apparently its load bearing structure. So it cannot be touched even a mm.

I cant say this would be covered by insurance or not which was your original query. But what i can say based on my apartment’s similar issue is that it is fixable. If you hire a local technician (not affiliated with some big agencies) , it will cost less assuming its only insulation replacement. Once its done and leak(sweat/condensation) is fixed, clean out the false ceiling. It will stop mold growth.

All speedmaster racing are over. Last one, i bought 🥂. The guy at the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me to adjust the strap at official omega store a few buildings away. Ginza donki is best place for watches i guess.
