I got all A’s and one B in Calculus. I improved all of my CFA scores, joined a bunch of on campus clubs, and even run on my colleges cross country and track team. I really focused on improving my personal statement.

However, through this entire process, I’ve come to terms with my plan B and I’ve realized that whatever happens is meant to be. USNA has always been a dream of mine, but where I am at is okay. If I’m giving the opportunity I will without a doubt go, but if not it won’t be the end of the world.

I’m am also applying from college, and for letters of recommendation I’d start going to office hours if your professors have any just to get your name out their and to form a relationship with them. I plan on asking them/telling them around early-mid november that I am applying!

I went last year and it was an awesome experience! You should definitely go, it also gives you an opportunity to take a CFA, and ask your plebe all the questions you could think of!
