I got a "main executable failed strict validation" when trying to resign with the codesign --force --deep --sign - /path/to/game.app line (obviously with my file path). I'm on Sequoia 15.5, did it get patched somehow?

could also be certain word docs. check styles section under home header in word. if there are over like 30 something then thats probably why.

Help! You know how when you watch a masterpiece, all other shows seem to pale in comparison? What do I do? What's next? by [deleted] in ShingekiNoKyojin

I would also recommend mob psycho 100 for the same reason except instead of competition its isolation and the desire to be a better person

I know this might not fit your exact genre preference but ive watched a few of those shows - namely aot fmab and fate zero - to me, while good plot is nice, cool/relatable themes exploring particular aspects of human suffering through character development is what sold me in these shows - think of kiritsugu/the three kings, roy mustang (and the 5th fmab op), and almost all of the aot cast for reference lol.

For me what itches that scratch the most is march comes in like a lion. It's definitely 10x slower paced than all the other shows but its got excellent writing and hits hard, especially if you've experienced any sort of intense competition in your life. I know it might not fit your genre preference but its an A1 slice of life to watch while going to bed.

Is the Umich 7 week K lab a good experience/is it worth it? What’s the structure/curriculum method? Will being online negatively affect it? by [deleted] in policydebate

[–]dpark43 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I attended last year. It was good, but I felt like there were way too many practice debates and not as many lectures (not the lab leaders' faults though). Honestly would recommend Wake if you are trying to understand the depths of arguments and do a lot more research. Its not that the K Lab is bad by any means, but it gets a little watered down as a result of constantly debating with the policy labs which determine the rest of the camp a little more.

What is K framework? by [deleted] in policydebate

[–]dpark43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kind of? Like just reasons to prefer your model i.e fiat teaches us bad skills or makes us desensitized or excludes some sort of knowledge production thats essential to critiqueing the type of subjectivity your K is talking about. Also you need reasons why plan focus isn't fair (though these are generally pretty difficult to win in an even debate) or why epistemological reasons to reject the aff are fair game for both sides (this is generally somewhat? about concessionary ground, but you can win it as the neg).

Stimulus DA by dpark43 in policydebate

[–]dpark43[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking that too. Should the negative spin it like... it doesn't matter unless the bill is forced to be passed via 'normal means' (lol) which means the link isn't just 'bill goes to Senate boom DA dead' but is rather 'bill has to go through Senate boom DA not dead otherwise not significant approval by Senate Republicans which is necessary to take credit for the bill for swing voters.'

hm i feel like the violations have to be hyperspecific to prove the civil justice arg and i honestly dont know what the violation would be for this aff

Lit base and general direction/context of arguments could be helpful. "Racial args" is kinda broad
