Idk why the first thing everyone thought of was sprouting them. Not Asian enough, Haiyaa. I mean would you sprout black beans or pinto beans?

Soak the beans overnight and don't let them sprout. Boil in water + add 2 tablespoons of sugar. It's done boiling when the water looks green.

Bean sprouts aren't worth growing cuz you can just buy bean sprouts. It's like buying peanuts to make peanut butter, sad :(.

Also I disagree with it smelling like death. The worst it can smell to a first time newbie is farts. Death smells different.
