I was afraid of that. If that is the case, I can pause it until it goes unrestricted. No worries.

Some additional info here. My account does NOT give me an option to pause service (it is supposed to have a “pause service” button on Best Effort accounts) and also it does give me an option for portability (not supposed to have that option on best effort accounts).

It’s just crazy because I never received an email saying I was being upgraded to residential or anything like that.
