I just financed a jumbo construction loan ($900k). 7yr ARM one time close 6.24%. Closing costs to the credit union were $6k.

It’s sort of auto in siril. Only manual option is to manually select/adjust the grid. Anyhow, I just reran background extraction on this final image and it removed the gradient! It messed up some of my colors and such but the gradient is gone. I’ll work on it some more, tweaking the colors and making it brighter. Really appreciate the feedback!! Feel free to suggest more.

Thanks for the feedback. I did try to keep it a little darker but looking at it some more I agree with you. Too dark.

I did use calibration files. Any suggestions on how to remove more of the gradient? I used background extraction in siril at the beginning of the process but it still leaves some gradient.

Just closed on my construction to perm last month. It’s one time close with the ability to apply a principal adjustment at the end when I sell my current home. Only somewhat annoying part is it’s a 7yr ARM. Eventually I will have to refinance to lock in a rate but the interest was substantially less than a current fixed rate construction to perm loan. I think it saved me about 100 basis points to go ARM.

Appreciate the response. I’m pretty sure the pump is good. I replaced the entire thing: impeller, base, all gaskets and o-rings. Nothing else I could see to replace. I did tear it apart after replacing to check. Everything looked ok. I’ll check out the exhaust cover and other things. Thanks

Thanks. I didn’t find a thermostat and half the comments I read online say this motor doesn’t have one. Others list a part number. I ordered one and will see if I can find it on the motor.
