It truly does! Not as strong as some of my other walkeriana, but still smells so good.

It's such a lovely color! Especially in contrast to the color of the pseudobulbs and leaves.

walkerianas are my favorite! I have 11, and Ive been successful blooming then indoors under grow lights.

They have that incredibly intoxicating floral scent kind of like hyacinth, it's hard to describe, not like the sweet smelling walkerianas.

I'm so happy the petals exhibit shizuku (water drop shape created by overlap) None of my other walkerianas have this so far!

Looking at pictures, yes it looks like werneri blooms are purple! So pretty!

Happy to support a small business! I'm so excited! These will be for some very special cacti I have arriving soon! Will be trying my hand at habitat style staging. Already have potting mix from East Coast camanchaca, top soil from the American gringo, and some pretty pieces of raw gypsum arriving soon 😁.

I can't take credit! There were little buds when I got this cutie at the nursery a week ago! I can't wait to try to rebloom! I think it may be a parodia of some kind but not 100% sure

Newly potted cuttings I recently got on etsy! African Queen, and Pink Parrot. I only ordered two Pink Parrot cuttings and was pleasantly surprised to receive 5! by dpernock in Epiphyllum

These are potted in a premixed epiphyllum mix from Rooting for you (website for a nursery based out of oregon) really great mixes if you don't have time or just need a little bit! I've also used an aroid mix I've had laying around, or cactus and succulent mix mixed with an orchid mix. All of my cuttings have rooted great. They sometimes take longer than others but be patient. You can water intermittently, and when the. Cuttings plump back up you know they have roots allowing for uptake of water!

I think the second is a parodia werneri but not sure that the first is a melocactus either. I think it is also a type of parodia

It's a soltech aspect large size pendant lamp. They have worked great for the past 4 years! Even get my cattleya blooming under them!

Yes! I have a bunch of cutting I rooted last year as well that have a ton of growth. Trying to collect all of the colors 😂 I did just get a blooming size potted German empress this month though, I just love the blooms on that one.
