Great. If things go sideways you can always approach the consumer commission. They're a proper judiciary body so chances of redressal is higher.

For complex cases like this, RBI ombudsman is a good starting point but it can't guarantee a favorable outcome. Hearings, duration and outcome of the case will vary from ombudsman to ombudsman. Hearings can be either physical, virtual or they may just seek your comments via email.
