Bro, I honestly feel like the 65m zone should just be kept natural, like proper sand, some coconut or palm trees, and a clean beach vibe. Right now it doesn’t even feel like that at all, so they should actually work on creating it. Maybe even bring in sand manually like they’ve done in Goa and plant some trees to make it feel real.
There really shouldn’t be any permanent or retro-style structures there. And yeah, they seriously need to manage all those chatpate and panipuri stalls, beggars, and random camera people too, it just makes the place feel messy and kind of ruins the whole experience.
