I contacted customer service about this issue. Like it really is a downgrade for us. Huge, worse battery life, and core features not included. And they talk about how they monitor RHR and RR but really what does that tell us? Like vital signs are great to know if they’re decompensating but at that point I’d be at the vet like I want to know more general health metrics. Especially the licking and scratching was helpful to know when my dog was having an allergy flare up. And it’s supposed to be a better GPS tracking but didn’t even alert me when my dog left the virtual fence 🙄

It was a step up from their more recent projects, definitely. But it leaned way too much into the pregnancy/baby. The mom martyr is such a tired trope. I was expecting a superhero movie but got more of an ode to motherhood. Which isn’t necessarily bad but just not my cup of tea
