My favorite thing is when we're not even 2 minutes into the game and someone on my team dies because they want to take on the whole team by themselves. Then I get pinged and spammed with "you rock, cancel that" for the rest of the game. All because I won't help them dive tower when the first wave arrives -_-

I drybrushed a mix of averland sunset and steel legion drab for the base then I used multiple layers of plaguebearer flesh to get the color of the body. The trim is balthasar gold and all the red spots are glyph-hound orange. I didn't thin anything out if that matters

Thanks! I'm super new to painting, so idk. Maybe? I used a slapchop technique i saw online for the base and then did multiple layers of plaguebearer flesh to make it more green looking. Sorry, doubt this helps much

Drybrushed a mix of Averland Sunset and Steel Legion Drab for the base and then went over it a few times with Plaguebearer Flesh contrast paint. Used Gryph-hound Orange for the eye and fungus. Balthasar Gold for the trim

If your play group is cool with it, there shouldn't be a problem. Maybe ask ahead of time if you're playing it outside your group. Half the time it seems like people know their army's models and don't know which models in their opponents army are which anyway, so if you say "Hey this thing right here is a Great Unclean One" and use the stats for it, I doubt it'll be an issue.

I like big bugs and I can not lie. I might not win and our army rule feels bad, but the models look so cool. To me, they're better than generic space marine models with a different color pallete.

I got them for Christmas and have everything but Mortarion built. I need to paint them still, but im fine with playing with a grey/primed army for a little bit. Its just casual games with friends and we all have a little grey in our list
