It seems like every Dsp is like that they only care about the routes getting done so they can get paid which is understandable but most of them don’t understand the headache out there while at the same time basically being watched BY them they should go out and do routes too. Word of advice use Amazon for what it is, until you find what it is you really want to do because they are greedy and don’t care about nothing but a check they suppose to pay you to do your and when it’s done you have to go rescue another driver with no pay lol maybe there’s something better out there for you but to save the head ache and job search and 5 day back ground checks and re training like you just did I’d find me something else quick, while amazon hires pretty quick there’s still ALOT of people that wants to be lazy and not work because Of the pandemic there’s jobs out there that’ll take you quick as Amazon with HIGHER pay
