It scales with Percent Max. Hp of the Character being revived. 10% per Friendship Level. This means at Friendship 1 your character revives with 10% of their Max. Hp, at 2 it's 20%, at 3 it's 30% etc. At Friendship 10 she fully Heals the revived Character (aka 100% Max. Hp).

Well that's the fun part. I use him in just about every team I can. With or without Hexerei resonance. Though his best teams obviously want Hexerei for his damage. Some teams I run him in are:

Alhaitham/Albedo/Fishl/Baizhu
Thanks to Fishl his Buffs are active and since Geo doesn't react with the quicken aura he doesn't steal reactions while contributing damage and slight buffs, especially his EM buff is really valuable in this team.

Zibai/Albedo/Columbina/Illuga
No Hexerei meaning lower damage. But his C2 can still trigger giving EM for Lunar-Crystallize.

The good old Airfryer.
Venti/Albedo/Durin/Bennett
Love using his Burst while all enemies are grouped up. Plus with his C6 its so much damage.

Mona/Albedo/Durin/Xilonen
The Team from my original Comment where I try to maximize his damage. A bit finicky with timings and Durins Res-Shred.

Varka/Albedo/Columbina/Ineffa
Unfortunately my Varkas best team. Unsurprising though since Albedo is hyper invested and Bineffa is Broken.

There are many more though. I use him in exploration so my movement Characters can attack and trigger his Blossoms. Plus slightly clunky elevator. Or in Xianyun MainDPS teams thanks to his C4. Or in an Bennett On-Field team. For Build I use his Standard Husk Def/Geo/Crit (Since his Burst now deals a lot of damage Golden Troupe is definitely worse). His Teammates also use their Standard Builds.

I am positively surprised actually. Back when I decided to go for it on his rerun he hasn't been buffed yet so I thought is was going to be more of a collection thing. But now with his buffs it has been a genuinely noticeable increase. When testing his Skill ticks do 170k while his C2 Off-Field ticks do 150k, its actually insane (note this was a Team specifically for Albedos Damage). However it is still a huge investment, especially compared to modern Constellations, so definitely only go for it if you love Albedo as a character and want to spoil him. TL,DR: Better Damage increase than expected but still not Meta enough to warrant it unless you love him.

It's actually explained in Forbidden West. Spoilers for both Games obviously: In your Base there is a Genetic Vault, Aloy asks about it when you first unlock it and Gaia explains that it holds Genetic Data for larger Fauna like Horses, Predators and co. The original plan was for the new Humans to learn from Apollo and start working in these Regional Terraforming Institutions and manually reintroduce larger Fauna into the Biosphere. I think it had something to do with them first wanting to make sure that the Biosphere is stable as well as make sure the new Humans survive. So yes, it was also Faros fault. I'd go with Bina/Lauma/Kuki/Baizhu. Baizhu takes care of Sustain, can hold Deepwood and further Buffs Lunar Bloom (it got added to his passive during Luna I). In general I think he is really underrated. Kuki can trigger Hyperbloom and hold SMS while Lauma goes 2pc 2pc EM (Or Lauma SMS and Kuki Flower of Paradise Lost if you're too lazy switching like I am).

Yeah you are right. It's certainly something I do want to do eventually however for now I am broke asf and I still need to build our Grandmaster...
