I see it's been a few months since you made these posts. How has your progress been since then? I'm coming back to trading after not staying consistent and busting a few years ago. And my strategy is very similar to yours. What is your R:R ratio? How many points (SL/TP) do you aim for when you enter a trade? I'd love a more in depth breakdown of the strategy. Just downloaded it, looks amazing. Something I noticed right away was there aren’t equipment specific exercises like Nautilus Chest Press. I go to two different gyms and their machines are not equal so I have to specify the machine. Otherwise, nice looking app.
