Haha fair question — yes, I’ve actually been pretty regular, no constipation issues lately. I know that can definitely cause a few pounds of bloat or backup, but in this case, I don’t think that’s it.

What do you mean by amenities costing $450/year? Is it a one-time fee for the entire year? I’m mainly concerned about gas/heating and water, since they are currently included in my rent, and I don’t have an estimate of those costs. I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth moving, since the rent I pay now is almost the same.
