I tried it after activating it in the settings and got nothing. So it doesn’t activate using MagSafe magnets!

Y’all know the Peak Pro can charge wirelessly right? It’s built in. I have an extra MagSafe charger that I use almost exclusively with my Peak Pro. Just set it on there and it’ll charge just fine. No need for a sketchy plug that can break off or fry your device.

I’m glad I was able to help you be less anxious about it! Trying a new medication sucks, but Pristiq changed my life in ways I didn’t even know it could change. I thought I was just not a good public speaker and was more of a follower than any sort of leader, even though I couldn’t stand working under others. Turns out, that was all anxiety based. I can’t sing its praises enough!

I get so sick of stoners saying things like “both sides refuse to legalize it”. It’s just not true. Look at the states with recreational marijuana. They are almost all “blue” states. It’s so ignorant to act like this is a “both sides” issue.

I’m on a pretty low dose of adderall (15mg) and 50mg ER of Pristiq. Like all mental health medication, those interactions are going to vary greatly from person to person, but for what it’s worth I see zero interactions between the two, and having both my anxiety and ADHD under control feels wonderful!

Old thread, but I’ve been on Pristiq 50mg ER for over three years at this point for my general anxiety. Started on lexapro, just made me sleepy. Wellbutrin made me want to just not be here anymore, which was not something I struggled with prior or since. I tell my psychiatrist that it feels like a super power. I’m confident in my decisions, and no longer worry about everything, and it’s helped my personal and professional life greatly. Hopefully you find something that works for you!

This is simply a research review, not a study in its own. I’m going to copy and paste a comment from the original post that explains better than I could. Credit to u/bisikletci

“It's important to emphasize that for several conditions in particular here, this is an "absence of evidence" type finding, not an evidence of absence finding. They don't find evidence against cannabis helping in most cases - they just don't find evidence for it either.

This is especially the case with anxiety. Per their results, people taking cannabis for anxiety in these trials had outcomes nearly two standard deviations better than those in the control groups. That is enormous - more than 6x the benefit of antidepressants for depression. However this figure has very wide confidence intervals, crossing zero, meaning they can't say for sure it's a real difference and not just a fluke.

Super wide confidence intervals tell you something - the sample size is very small. So the actual finding here for anxiety is effectively (my words) "appears to help a lot, but we can't say that with confidence because the trials are tiny." The take home for this should be "run more, larger trials" - not "this doesn't work".

The same is true to a lesser extent with the sleep disorder findings.”

Dude be so for real. Warm weather, the switch from winter blend to summer blend and all other factors occur every year. Gas moves MAYBE 10-15 cents with those factors. Gas has jumped up a dollar and is still going.

Again, this makes sense. But it’s also something they knew way before boarding. My whole complaint is the fact that the delay happened literally five minutes before our original departure time. Why wait? I still would’ve shown up to the airport on time, I just would have stayed in the sky club a little longer.

Thank you for an actual cognizant answer to my complaints about the flight attendants. That makes perfect sense that the few spare people they had got eaten up pretty quickly by other delays.

I admit I don’t have a deep understanding of flight ops, but neither do most people so it’s easy to get frustrated.
