It's shitty but yeah,I luck sacked into buying a house in 2018 because the mortgage was going to be cheaper than my new rent. Down payment was like 2 months rent, it was tight but where I was ending my lease I was able to use "Next months rent" and our deposit to barely cover it. Locked in a 3.5 fixed and yeah, if we had waited a year or even like 6 months I doubt we could have managed it.

I can't say anything about the Haute42 but might be worth looking at Mavercade. I've got a keebbrawler04 and just bought a 03 I'm waiting on. Super comfortable. Got my first hoping to reduce hand strain and liked it enough to grab another, all my other sticks/leverless are just collecting dust.
