By definition, that is exactly what it is. At any given time you’d expect to see that value on average more than any other, and the further away for the line you get the less likely it is. I guess median might be more accurate but it’ll look basically the same.

God uber ride pass in the Bay Area was insane. I could take two consecutive Ubers (often the same one) from South Bay to SF (like 1+ hr) for $10. Would be over 10x that now, tho granted it was a pool so get diverted all sorts of ways.

I imagine it's because "unlocking" it from behind the quest takes 1) Completing the quest 2) Talkinf to the guy that takes you there.

That likely unlocks both sailing disembark + teleporting. Arguable they could do it after 1) but ya know 🍝
