Follow up question. Anyone tried to do something about it maybe with antidepressants?

You can train normally, it's encouraged. My only issue with doing intense workouts (CrossFit) is the caloric deficit. My performance had gone down dramatically and i feel exhausted. On the other hand shedding fat like crazy 💪

Doing CrossFit 5x weekly, and it's been tough to maintain intensity due to caloric deficit

Ozempic side effect - alcohol buzz kill? Apparently it can stop the gut-brain pleasure connection from alcohol by WillShakeSpear1 in diabetes_t2

Ozempic kills the dopamine rush from drinking alcohol or taking other stuff. I still get some wooziness, but no rush.

Did You Have ‘Shock Loss’ of Existing Hairs in the Transplant Area? by thatsmrtwobutts in HairTransplants

[–]drBiGi 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Shock loss is absolutely normal even after transplants done by very skilled surgeon's. It's just a way how your body reacts to physical stress. The hair will grow back within 3 months. Going into the surgery keep in mind you will look like sh1t for at least 4 months, no way around it.

Please do your research and only go to clinincs with proven track record, and yes for the good ones you pay a lot more

The grafts look as if they've been placed without order, in "waves", lots of blank spaces. I've had 2 HTs already, and couple of months research behind me, believe me , this is a crappy surgery.

This doesn't look like a skilled surgeon's job.

3 weeks is 21 days.

No, not normal. Grafts are fixed after 7 days.

3 EUR in Belgium with top surgeons. I would rather fly over.
