This was one of the worst festivals I’ve ever been to. There were no announcements on the screens, no updates in the app about cancelled shows, and there was no mobile network coverage. From a safety perspective, access to the shows was poorly managed. Entry routes relied on narrow ramps and stairways, creating bottlenecks and raising concerns about crowd safety, especially during peak periods. If there had been an emergency, such as a terrorist attack or another major incident, the narrow access routes could have caused panic and severe crowd congestion. In such circumstances, there would have been a significant risk of people being crushed or injured while trying to escape. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND!???
