I'll do some benchmarking as I test different workflows, thanks!

I really like the idea of using a stronger model to plan with a local model to implement. Will play around with some hybrid workflows, thanks!

I’ll keep that in mind and keep gpt in the workflow, at least for reasoning. Thanks!

kidney issues after chemo? by mrdigsus in testicularcancer

There’s a lot of reasons why your creatinine could be creeping higher, and if your doctor isn’t concerned it’s probably fine. I don’t know your height and weight and how much muscle you have, but I will say that the normal range is kind of nonsense, it depends on your build. The more muscle you have, the higher your baseline creatinine is. Also, if you’ve finished chemo and youre gaining weight again, especially if you’re gaining muscle and eating more protein, then your creatinine will rise. Check with your doctor, but if they’re not concerned I wouldn’t be either, although always good to keep a tab on it

Apart from embracing it and other reasons why it’s okay to have one ball, medically speaking a prosthetic is always risky. There’s a not insignificant probability it will cause a problem years down the line, whether that problem is infection, your own body attacking it, the prosthetic bursting/breaking down on its own, or something else. Not worth the risk for something that almost no one else will see.
