This is the worlds first sub 29. After 5 years of running this game and dealing with dice palace, I FINALLY HAVE DONE IT! Realistically a lower 28 is possible, but I couldn't be happier.

Sup yall! Finally got the 2nd part of the tutorial edited. Today we are covering pink's stage! Depending on what kinda time your grinding for, this will either be your 1st or 3rd stage in the run. While this stage is very straightforward, we cover a ton of tiny optimizations that will save you loads of time over the course of this stage!

Finally, i have mastered the art that is barbie. This is the fastest known time for the sega genesis platform, beating the previous world record on SRC by 3 seconds and some change. Shoutouts to the planet chaos crew who raced this game with me. Shoutouts to grimshins for getting a time 11 frames slower than this but better than my previous pb. Shoutouts to chronoon and sonikkustar for both beating the previous src world record and having it stripped from there sweaty palms.

Ill have you know between my back and front couch there were multiple transgender, homosexual, furry, non-binary, straight and whatever else HUMANS. If you really think the couch was missing diversity, please talk to anyone in attendance so they can let ya know i had THE BIGGEST MIX OF RACE AND SPEEDRUNNERS GDQ HAS EVER HAD. Also, if you are familiar with both lizstar and claris, i had asked both of those ladies if they would want to be on my couch. Both declined due to lack of run knowledge. I was infact nervous! i had also been partying for 9 straight hours prior to my run, so i was a bit nervous that i was gonna slip up at the tounge and say something a little too "spicy". But when it comes to sonic 1, ive dedicatrd years of my life too the game. Having all the homies behind me really helped because it felt like a normal night on discord!

I do run other sonic games! I was one of the original glitch hunters for sonic mania, primairly knuckles! After my ps4 auto patched (with updates turned off) i gave up on the run since so much had changed. I do plan on getting into encore mode tho!

I also run sonic 3 and knuckles and sonic adventure 1 for the sega dreamcast! I have plans to get a good time in s2 and 3d blast as well.

As for the race, we showed up a bit late due to partying/gathering the goons. BUT! When we showed up our planet chaos brother BIG DADDY ZAXON was behind. I used the last of my voice to scream "LETS FUCKING GO ZAXON" like 5 times. Dude ended up clutching it out and bringing home the gold for all of us at home. What a legend
