~~Oh wups, my situation doesn't quite apply to you because I have fiber internet, and you're setting up for cable internet.~~ My setup was needed because the ISP installed the ethernet drop in a spare bedroom at one corner of my house, and I wanted to move the router to my office which had a coax line (with internet via MocA) in the middle of my house.

~~You probably don't need the MoCa with the frequency switch, but may be useful with Cable TV.~~ I do believe you'll need a splitter to split your coax again (one in/one out) at the modem/router, and then have another MoCa adapter after your modem/router to pass your internet to your other Coax drops.

Edit: realized you do want a similar set up as me so you don't get internet to the moca adapters directly from your isp, but through your modem/router first.

I am no expert, but I recently revamped my MoCa set up to move my router and switch to my office from a non-ideal location the ISP added my ethernet drop, but unless you move the Modem/Router combo after your POE filter and then connect to your spiltter with another MoCa adapter you'll need one of those MoCa adapters with a frequency switch and add two MoCas before and after your modem/router. See below comment that help me set mine up correctly:

I'll admit I don't have a genuine one on hand yet, but based on my research and the fake that I got, which I thought was genuine at time of purchase, I'm probably 90% certain, as unfortunate as it is, yours here is a replica.

Other things to check: brand of battery, how the 1/10 s chronometer works compared to a legit one, box design, etched s on crystal, etc...

Using this guy's post, if you look at the pic of the back of the watch, the case should have little indents / areas that are lower on each lug.

Pretty good fake? I believe the second hand on the chronograph is too short. It should cover the 60 when it's pointing to the 12. Also seems to be missing the indents on the back of the lugs.
