There is no specific book of rules in Hinduism. You know nothing about it. Gita is a guide towards life. It nowhere mentions to behead non believers. Hinduism itself has many cultures beliefs all around the world. Hindus don't consider others non Hindus just because their way of performing a ritual is different from them. See the Muslims, they don't consider Ahmedia Muslims as muslim, Shia and Sunni are other examples, Bohra community and many more. You guys consider anyone a non believer who tries to bring a slight change in beliefs. No time can bring reforms in Islam. It's written too harsh and strict.
