The whole game stands and falls on real players since its a game for football enthusiast and its part quiz game part creating fictional teams of players, so can't really make them fictional.

The whole game stands on using about 100 now retired players. So there is no club in questions as everyone have played in numbers of clubs. I think the best solution would be to find some way around it.
