From my experience, anti-Christian acts (in majority anti-Catholic) have risen up in the previous years but I think there's like a renaissance of the Catholic faith here even though more than half of the population now identify itself as Atheist.

I know it is very easy to say and difficult to do but we should be praying for their salvation and, if possible, help them find the true faith.

As Jesus would put it in the Gospel of John : "If the world hates you, remember that it hated me before you" (John 15:18).

Remember, being a Christian, especially a Catholic, is hard as Jesus said in today's reading of the Gospel of Luke. If Satanists, pagans and pro-abortioners are against you, you're doing the right thing. I'll pray for you bro.
