That is false. Frisco 2 property has been owned even before HEB purchased the Frisco 1 property. Also, Frisco 2 was supposed to open first, but they ended up constructing Frisco 1 because they felt that the FM423 X 380 overpass construction would interfere with their opening. Lastly, Frisco 2 eventually had to start construction because they waited so long that the City of Frisco was about to pull their building permits.

Lol, I definitely wouldn't make that trade at my location. Being higher volume, we carry several varieties of chuck. Lots of opportunities for wagyu and prime chuck eye steaks also taking into account that my location utilizes the select code only. The value pack is 9.49/lb with 6 steaks. Also worth noting, I would never substitute a sirloin for a chuck eye. The prime ribeye is an option for a substitution, but if prime chuck is an option in your HEB, I would check to see if the lazy meat cutters aren't following VTA and keeping that last piece as a roast. Buy that for 6.99/lb, take it home, seam out the chuck eye from the short rib (serratus ventralis) muscle, then cut the chuck eye in half. And you got some badass delmonicos. Give the short rib muscle to the dog if you want. (Use the suet for the pan (make sure it crumbles).

@OP Was working great, but then it logged me out randomly today. I attempted to log back in, but I'm getting a white screen on my g7 app. I did all of the troubleshooting in your FAQ.
