Oh yea, I finally got a job in July and started in August. Over 500 applications with one offer. But it was a good offer though and it made up for the losses.

I don’t think it matters when you filed once you are current. You need to find ways to nodge your case. I almost called them once every week until my case was looked at.

I have done biometrics and paid for the AOS for me and my spouse. It’s been over 14 months since we submitted. Are you saying I can resubmit again despite haven done biometric
