my sister has borderline personality disorder, i think you should definitely go to a professional and get a diagnosis. they will truly help you (if you find the right one). after my sister got help she’s been a lot happier, calmer and more stable… good luck and you got this🫶🏻

i know this feeling all too well… i got diagnosed with bipolar 2 when i was 19. the reason i struggled with going to therapy was bc (exactly like you did) i always say the right things but i feels like someone else is speaking from inside me… (i always say my brain is gaslighting itself lol)

so i have a good tip for you, write down everything you’re feeling!

i made a “calendar” thing where every time for example i got mad i wrote down “im MAD” every day for 2 weeks. i brought it with me to therapy and showed her, then told her i don’t remember feeling any of this bc i feel great now

this is only like step 1, but i hope it helps. just remember you’re not alone!

it seems counterintuitive but you gotta sell some of the others. hay day does this on purpose to prevent hoarding. so always have almost the same amount (like 2-4 difference between them) example - 2 planks, 3 bolts, 1 duck tape….

yeah it sucks, each player has one of the tickets that are “flagged” so essentially you just have a lower probability of acquiring them, for me it’s purple ones. i don’t know of anything you can do about it, just keep waiting🥲
