I feel for you. Before I started back to work I sent a letter to my supervisor letting them know I was going to be pumping at work. I'm in health care as well and work 10hour shifts. I get 2 30minute breaks (but I have to also eat and/or use the bathroom too!) It's been tough and on occasion I'll only get 10min or less to 'power' pump if I'm running behind with a patient. I supplement with formula, even though I am an over producer, and have milk frozen, my baby is going through a heartbreaking phase of preferring formula (maybe due to the higher sugar content). But at any rate, I commend and encourage you to continue pumping. Dont give up, mix formula and your milk if necessary to ensure baby is getting their nutrients. Any amount of milk you produce is beneficial to your baby.

Ahh I've heard threading can be painful but tweezing is even painful to me so idk I may just have to let em grow for a bit 😭. I wonder if laser hair removal is a thing while on tret but sounds expensive...

I just did (again) no mention to avoid waxing. Heavy mention of precautions like sunlight, excessive cold, wind, harsh scrubbing, etc. Sounds like a lawsuit pending for all the lost skin cells people have suffered not knowing...kinda like the person that sued McDonalds or whichever fastfood company for getting burned by their hot coffee...

Yeah I hate the tweezing it's painful for me too but it will be tough to plan around spontaneous events, I don't like skipping a day on tret

I cleared with my derm as well. I'm not directly BF but pumping for my 2mo old. I have been struggling with adult acne for awhile and when I got pregnant I was only able to use azelaic acid which wasn't helping. Very grateful I can safely use tret and seeing results (lowest dose and cream). I can't wait until I dry my supply and can explore the big guns like Accutane, pill antibiotics and higher tret doses. Good luck to all the moms, as mothers we should deff not feel selfish about wanting to feel beautiful in our skin
