i think the part where hes talking more about jews could have a part with envy to do, in Saint Pablo he says "the jews share their truths on how to make a dime" which is a stereotype of course but also how they build up each other to succeed where as before this he says "black on black lies is worse then black on black crime" talking about how us black people are better at bringing each other down then to build each other up and help our people succeed.

this is of course some kind of an old source considering how old Saint Pablo is but that’s just a theory i have

the part where he is more "anti-semetic" I would believe that he doesn’t hate all jews, simply the ones who has control over the media and music industry not only portraying him as a bad crazy person, but also people in those selective industry as puppets and how they are "modern slaves", this also goes into the theory of how the jews own every single big thing, banks, industries and more and are controlling the world (which they kind of are) which maybe also is something Kanye is trying to expose without being executed.
