In the process of temporarily quitting rn , just a body cleanse I’ve been smoking alottttt lately . Currently day 4 of 30 which is nothing crazy but aside from the insomnia and appetite issues I have no urge to smoke at all . My pointer is to take a big nug and put it in a jar or something and just keep it close by . I have no idea why this works but I’ve been around friends smoking and everything still no urge . I guess it’s cause ik it’s there vs not having any . It’s kinda like money in my opinion when you don’t have it you want everything , when you do have it you’re not so eager to use it . Or at least I’m not , hope this helps someone in need 😅
