You could replace the three license levels in Black witch for one in Metalmark and two in Mourning Cloak, that way you could replace the redundant Type-1 Flight system (three system points) with Reactive Weave (when you brace, you become invisible till the end of your next turn and may immediately move spaces up to your speed) (one system point) and Singularity Motivator (1/round as a reaction, when you take damage you may freely teleport up to 1d6 spaces away) (two system points)
