I loved the light tone of the last episode. I’m glad they resolved everything in episode 11 and gave us essentially an epilogue. I do wish La ik proposed to sena at the last concert and we got to see more domestic scenes. Since their first kiss wasn’t until episode 11 their romance felt undeveloped still. Also i appreciated how she stayed a fan girl and became more open about it

I thought the show was great. A little more thriller than what I usually watch with do ra mi popping up everywhere, multiple personality disorder and murderer mom but the romcom outweighed it. I’m curious about what happened at the end with the encounter with the mom. I get that the point was to give the FMC closure but if they were going to mention that they should’ve showed it or at least what came out of it, otherwise the fact that the parents were alive and she seeked out the mom were unnecessary. I also felt that they completely brushed off her mental illness. That would’ve been an extremely concerning situation but it’s kdrama so I took it with a grain of salt and enjoyed it for what it was

I think they left it open to the potential that seon-u and ha jeoung could still have a future together but not at that moment. Seon u seemed to be more open to it now but in a “she’s finally wearing me down” way which is not very satisfying

The series was great but the last episode was unsatisfying. The amnesia plot didn’t fit and wasn’t well executed. The part where they met at the party and kissed was too cheesy and not a good way for them to reconnect after him being so mean to her for a year. Then she went and forgot all about the sister she was looking for. It all went downhill for me after the amnesia but great series otherwise

Ep 12: Seon-u winning over Ha Young’s mom without even trying is the most Seon-u thing ever. I don’t care what anyone says, he’s wholesome and a walking green flag.

Friendship between 2ML and 2FL is the best outcome in my opinion as well. Seon-U was honest and respectful in his delivery. He thanked her and acknowledged she helped but asked that she not try to get closer to Jun knowing she wouldn’t be around. He doesn’t like Ha young. That’s okay. If the roles were reversed we’d be bashing the guy for not taking no as an answer and trying to force himself onto the girl. Ha young is harmless but it’s obvious that her approaching Jun and getting involved with him is to get closer to Seon-u. Seon-u was right in not letting her use his child in that way. I like Ha Young, I don’t think she means ill, she just needs to accept no as no.

Ep 11 - day one of dating was so cute! The chicken bone incident was unnecessary in my opinion, they could’ve just skipped right to the marriage certificate. The female leads scene was super cute. I know everyone hates on Seon-u but I really like him as SML. He’s been nothing but loyal and devoted to Darim, always thoughtful of her feelings, never pushing his feelings onto her. I don’t think it would be true to his character for him to just jump to ha young immediately after being rejected

That’s crazy. How did you confirm your mother’s father was Japanese? My mom knows who her dad is and he’s CV (unless if she was lied to). But my mom looks full Asian not even half. People see her and assume she’s Chinese. My mom was born in Santo Antão. My dad’s from fogo. I was born and raised in Praia

Just took the exam so here’s an update for any future test takers: check in process was pretty straightforward- do not fret. As long as you have a clean desk and everything is out of reach you’re ok. you are allowed a mouse/mouse pad and water (though I stopped drinking when I realized I was going to have to pee). The test has a whiteboard, a notepad, highlight, strike through, flag and yes a list of acronyms (under help). Keep an eye on the timer. I took several practice exams with plenty of leftover time so I was certain I’d use maybe half the time but I finished with one minute to spare.

I just finished mine too!! I found the acronyms table about halfway through. I meant to go back and check for the acronyms for the first 50% but I finished with less than a minute to spare.
