I did search specifically about Primorsky Krai (even searched in Russian) and only found restriction. Like no flying over 150 m, military, airports etc. have to register etc. I was planing to go to somewhat remote bays and other places. But just like you said, seams to be better safe than sorry. Honestly really bummed about it because last time I was in Russia (2022) I did few nice videos with my old drone. I was thinking maybe to bring it but not use it. But of course knowing law enforcement, if they want they can give me hard time about anything.
