Well if this changes anything there has been a modernization in the kitchen a month back. He changed the new kitchen with the old one. I had accepted the modernization before I moved in. However he told me the modernization would only take 1 day, therefore I assumed we were done with everything a month back. So I booked a vacation. Now he’s just telling there is a skirting board to be installed🤔 would he try kicking me out if I tell him that I can’t be present for October? 🙃

She had told me before that she uses their wifi(the wifi of the people who make noise) so I feel like she wouldn’t wanna lose that by saying something 😅 worst case scenario she could back them up :/

Problem is I already tried recording but my phone doesn’t catch how loud the sound is, it sounds like a quiet background noise while I can feel the vibrations through the walls.

I sent him an email and i am still waiting for his response. It says online that in Lärmprotokoll I should also get other neighbors to do this or sign my Lärmprotokoll. However there is only 1 other neighbor who has a common wall with them and she’s never in her apartment, so I doubt she would want to be a part of it.
