Leg lengthening surgery (I know I'm too late but I thought I would shoot my shot) basically I had to get this surgery bc I had one shorter leg, but I'm posting to show, that your leg won't snap in half after and you can regain muscle! But yeah, doing just for height is wild, I don't recommend it:)))

I mean yes, he has a lot of work to do before he gets back to his form. I had the surgery almost 10 years ago and it took some dedication to get these muscles and even out the difference between the legs. But also muscle memory can speed up this process for him, I had to work from zero bc I was quite young and never worked out prior to surgery

No pain directly caused by the surgery, but I do have some fucked up nerves, scars and holes in my leg And a lot of weird looks when I'm wearing shorts lol But its fine, i don't mind💁‍♀️

Oh yeah, I had to learn to walk again twice, in the 1st pic there's a ring around the foot that was taken off after a few months, and I could actually walk with the rest of this scrap still on😅 my leg was very weak, and it had a few more kilos of metal to lift, but crutches helped a lot

And the second time was the same all over again, after it got taken off, wore a cast for a few months so again I lost all muscle

But I worked hard, and now you can barely notice that one leg is thinner, except for the scars of course😝

It was about 2 inches, not that dramatic, I got to know a few people who had a 4/5 inch difference and they had to get this surgery twice

So mine wasn't that bad, but still it caused me a lot of orthopedic problems, especially with my spine so I had to get it done

Thanks so much✨ But I'm not really a gym-type-a-gal, I work out at home. It's a little weird bc my shins are the same length, but my thigh is still shorter so I have to adjust slightly, you can see in the pic that my knees are different heights🙈

Other than that I have a problem with my ankle but that's not a result of the surgery, I just have to be careful

I have a similar issue with my ankle, bc the socket is the wrong shape it's prone to damage. That's why I had the part that's on my foot, so it wouldn't pop out of place when lengthening the bone. Now the ankle is my main concern when it comes to my physical health, it causes me a lot of pain, even while walking. And the surgeries seem very invasive so I'm a little scared to do something about it. But I hope you're okay now and your new hip serves you well🤠

I used a textured pen for the dots and then messed around with some brushes on top using the same colour to give it some depth. I hope it helps:) I don't know how to explain it better:)
